Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the online courses provided by Mindspace Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through the LearnWorlds platform (“Platform”). By purchasing and accessing our online courses, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully before making a purchase.

1. Course Description and Informed Decision

1.1. It is your responsibility to carefully review the course description, objectives, curriculum, and prerequisites before making a purchase.
1.2. We encourage you to make an informed decision to ensure the course aligns with your learning goals and requirements.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or any other reason once the course has been purchased.
2.2. In exceptional cases, if we are unable to provide access to the course due to unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or offer an alternative access option.

3. Course Access and Duration

3.1. Upon successful purchase, you will be granted access to the online course through the LearnWorlds platform.
3.2. If you have purchased an online pre-recorded course, you will have access to the full course content, including videos and/or audio, for one year from the date of purchase (“Access Period”).
3.3. If you have purchased an online live course, access is limited to the scheduled live session. A recording may not be available after the session. The same applies to courses containing both pre-recorded and live components.
3.4. If you do not access the course within the Access Period, your access rights will expire, and you will need to re-enroll to continue accessing the course.
3.5. We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify course content, materials, and features at any time for quality control or product development purposes.
3.6. If the course is updated or upgraded within the Access Period, we may provide customers with options to access the revised version at our discretion.

4. Platform Usage

4.1. You agree to comply with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the LearnWorlds platform while accessing our courses.
4.2. Any breach of LearnWorlds’ terms and policies may result in termination of access to the course. We shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from such termination.

5. Intellectual Property & Restrictions on Use

5.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights, associated with the course materials, content, and resources remain the sole property of Mindspace Consulting or our licensors.
5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
5.3. You may not:
 • Share, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content without our prior written consent.
 • Modify, create derivative works, or use course materials for commercial purposes.
 • Sell, rent, or sublicense access to any course materials.

5.4. Prohibited Distribution
 • This course is for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or make the course available to third parties without written permission from Mindspace Consulting.
 • Any unauthorised distribution, reproduction, or sharing will be considered a breach of copyright law, and legal action may be pursued.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of course materials for any specific purpose.
6.2. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the courses or any errors or omissions in the materials.
6.3. Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the course.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
7.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Australia.

By purchasing and accessing our online courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from making a purchase and accessing the course.
