Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the online courses provided by Mindspace Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") through the LearnWorlds platform ("Platform"). By purchasing and accessing our online courses, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully before making any purchase.

1.1. It is your responsibility to carefully read and understand the course description, including the course objectives, curriculum, and prerequisites, before making a purchase.

1.2. We encourage you to make an informed decision and ensure that the course aligns with your learning goals and requirements.

2.1. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or any other reason once the course has been purchased.

2.2. In exceptional cases, if we are unable to provide access to the course due to unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or offer alternative access options.

3.1. Upon successful purchase, you will be granted access to the online course through the LearnWorlds platform.

3.2. If you have purchased an online pre-recorded course, the full course content including video or audio will be accessible for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you have purchased an online live course, course access time is only limited to the live session time specified for that course and a recording may not be available after the live session has completed. The same principle applies to courses including both pre-recorded and live components. ("Access Period")

3.3. If you do not access the course during the Access Period, your access rights will expire, and you will need to re-enroll to continue accessing the course.

3.4. We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify the course, including its content, materials, and features, at any time for quality control or product development purposes.

3.5. If the course is revised or upgraded within the Access Period, we will provide customers with options to access the revised or upgraded versions.

4.1. You agree to comply with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the LearnWorlds platform while accessing our online courses.

4.2. Any breach of the LearnWorlds platform's terms and policies may result in the termination of your access to the course, and we shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such termination.

5.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, associated with the course materials, content, and resources, remain our sole property or that of our licensors.

5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5.3. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit the course materials without our prior written consent.

6.1. We strive to provide accurate and reliable information in our courses. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the course materials for any particular purpose.

6.2. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the online courses or any errors or omissions in the course materials.

6.3. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the course.

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Australia.

By purchasing and accessing our online courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from making a purchase and accessing the course.
